Student Spotlight: Waddah Mahmoud

January 29, 2018

Waddah Mahmoud is a 11th grader and your fellow rebel! Some activities Waddah participates in after school hours are working and playing basketball. He works at Waterway Carwash, which he finds to be enjoyable and fun. While he doesn’t play basketball with South, he loves to play with friends. He has no clear ambitions and his future is undecided but he plans to go to college after high school. Waddah is hard working, independent, a perfectionist, and always striving to do his best. His effort shows! He is proud of his good grades in school and one of his favorite after school activities is studying. Some of his favorite classes at South are Advanced Algebra, AP U.S. History, and Arabic. An interesting fact about Waddah is that he does not have pets, but he has not one, not two, but three siblings! One of Waddah’s greatest memories is when he met his cousins for the first time because it made him happy to be connected with his family. Waddah is a real cool kid and if you are looking for a friend hit him up!
